Ignite Spot received an invoice from one of its vendors each month that contained about 250 lines. There was job costing related to item detail that was associated with it. Hours of work went into entering and validating this invoice.
After speaking with Alex at Vic .ai, Ignite Spot could now import this invoice into QuickBooks in less than five minutes or ten minutes to review. This proved to Ignite Spot that the artificial intelligence actually works, and it reads all the lines on a very complex invoice. Next, Ignite Spot tried Vic.ai on some very simple invoices.

Before Vic.ai, that huge invoice took Ignite Spot hours to process each month. Today, it takes about ten minutes. Vic.ai reads all of the information, from the line item detail for each transaction as well as the job costing related details. In ten minutes each month, the invoice can be processed and reviewed with complete accuracy.
